Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior experience to start?
No. Our Beginner courses assume no prior shop experience and include safety basics, tooling overviews, and a structured start.
Are certificates provided?
Yes. You receive a completion certificate. While not an accreditation, it documents competencies covered and hours completed.
What tools do I need?
Each course lists required and optional tools. We recommend calibrated torque tools, quality hex/torx sets, and manufacturer-specific adapters where relevant.
Is there support if I get stuck?
Yes. You can reach out via the contact form. We respond within two business days with guidance or references to help you move forward.
Do you cover e-bikes?
We provide multiple Electric category courses including diagnostics, firmware discipline, and battery safety.
How long do I have access?
Course access is personal and does not expire for as long as we host the course. If we retire a course, we provide notice and a recommended replacement path.
Do you offer team training?
Yes. We can tailor a learning path for shops. Contact<|eos|>
